Carl
is a native Southern Californian who plays the game like a true
Canadian. Although born and lives in Azusa, CA he has traveled throughout
the USA and Canada playing for the top American and Canadian semi-pro
teams. He was picked up by the Quakes in 1992 and ever since has
been their top defenseman and one of the top defensemen in the league.
At over 6'2" and roughly 300+ lbs. Carl is very hard to move
and doesn't allow many forwards to plant themselves in front of
the Quakes goal. He's very quick for his "Huge" size and
carries the puck into the offensive zone carrying what seems like
the whole opponents front line wrapped around him. Carl has a blistering
shot that has found the back of the net more than a few times. Carl
has been the Quakes' Speed, Strength and Conditioning Coach for
the past decade. |
